Job summary

Carlo Inc. is seeking a proactive Community Manager to join our 65-unit apartment community in Lake Balboa, CA. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting daily operations, ensuring resident satisfaction, and enhancing the overall living experience within our communities.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in apartment management, strong sales skills, and a customer-focused approach. This is a full-time, on-site role with a 9 am–6 pm schedule and housing benefits.

Qualifications

• At least one (1) year of experience in apartment management.
• Strong foundation in sales and leasing.
• Excellent credit history is required.
• Exceptional organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Knowledge of Yardi and Craigslist is preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leasing and Sales: Show apartments, conduct open houses, assist with leases, draft and finalize lease agreements, manage rent collection.
• Resident Relations: Deliver outstanding resident experience by addressing requests, resolving issues, and managing notices and renewals.
• Property Management: Coordinate move-ins/outs, work with vendors and maintenance, ensure cleanliness of common areas.
• Operational Support: Assist in daily property operations, enforce policies, schedule turnovers for vacant apartments.
• Communication: Maintain excellent communication with residents, vendors, and the management team.
