Job summary

Havenpark Communities is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to be the operational heartbeat of our neighborhoods. You will support the Community Manager, engage residents, plan events, and help maintain a welcoming, well-managed community.

You will also handle rent collection coordination, move-in paperwork, and leasing support while coordinating maintenance with the team. The role requires at least 1 year in property management and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in property management is required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and standard office software.
• Ability to sit for long periods and to walk the community and lift supplies as needed.
• Annual or semi-annual travel may be required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Be the heartbeat of the community by supporting the Community Manager and engaging residents.
• Plan and host community events to foster belonging and pride in Havenpark.
• Ensure rent is collected on time and assist with move-ins and leasing paperwork.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely completion (within 48 hours).
• Assist with documentation for new move-ins and lease renewals and support sales as needed.
