Kalos Residential is seeking an experienced Community Manager to operate a high-performing on-site team at Aspire Townhomes. You will own leasing, resident experience, maintenance coordination, and financial performance, reporting to the Regional Manager.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of on-site management, CAM/ARM certification, Fair Housing knowledge, and proficiency with Entrata and MS Office. This role requires evening/weekend flexibility and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of on-site community management experience with exposure to leasing, operations, and team leadership.
• Proficiency with Entrata or a comparable property management platform.
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Demonstrated ability to hit or exceed financial and occupancy targets.
• Fair Housing certification required prior to interacting with prospects or residents; working knowledge of OSHA regulations.

Responsabilités

• You hire, develop, and hold your on-site team accountable and conduct weekly team meetings.
• You manage leasing, renewals, maintenance coordination, and resident/owner communications.
• You own the budget at a line-item level, drive revenue through occupancy and pricing, and ensure bills are paid on time.
