Job summary

Kalos Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Jenks, OK. You will work closely with the Property Manager to run leasing, resident relations, and financial operations, including daily Entrata entries and occupancy oversight.

The role requires on-site property management experience, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to Fair Housing standards. Evening/weekend availability and a valid commute are expected, with opportunities for growth within Kalos Residential.

Qualifications

• Experience on-site property management or leasing with demonstrated progression in responsibility.
• Hands-on leasing, renewals, rent collections, and resident relations.
• Proficiency with Entrata or comparable property management platform.
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Fair Housing certification required prior to interacting with prospects or residents.
• CAM or ARM designation preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own leasing and occupancy: conduct tours, follow up on leads, close leases, and record paperwork in Entrata daily.
• Build resident relationships, resolve issues promptly, and run retention programs to promote renewals.
• Manage rent collections, delinquency, and related financial reporting; ensure accuracy of numbers.
• Lead by example in the leasing office; support Leasing Consultant and coordinate with maintenance to uphold professional culture.
• Maintain Fair Housing compliance and move-in/move-out documentation; ensure lease file integrity.
