Job summary

Open Management is seeking a Community Manager for our manufactured housing community in Heath, OH. You will lead on-site operations, manage resident relations, and coordinate leasing and maintenance with a strong emphasis on service excellence.

The role requires ownership mindset, strong organizational skills, and ability to work with residents, vendors, and contractors. Prior property management experience is preferred; training is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in property management is preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Comfortable with various computer systems.
• Willingness to travel locally as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rent collections, late notices, and evictions as needed.
• Enforce park rules and regulations to ensure a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Monitor park income and expenses to meet or exceed financial targets.
• Oversee on-site operations including maintenance and vendor management.
• Coordinate repairs/renovations and show homes to prospects.
• Manage move-ins/move-outs and applications smoothly.
• Set rental rates via market surveys to stay competitive.
• Support marketing efforts to maintain occupancy targets.
• Lead on-site team members and vendors with ownership.
