Job summary

CWS Apartment Homes in Richardson, TX seeks an Assistant Community Director to support resident communications, manage rent collections, and maintain records. You will assist the Community Director, lease and market the property, and coordinate with residents, investors, vendors, and leadership to uphold financial reporting.

The role requires a valid driver's license, on-site presence, and willingness to work varied schedules including weekends and emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of on-site management operations knowledge preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance required.
• Able to work weekends/emergencies as needed.
• Able to follow company policies, procedures, and practices.
• Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Able to maintain a professional and ethical atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts receivable.
• Maintain resident records, reporting, and management system.
• Provide assistance to the Community Director.
• Lease the community.
• Market the community.
• Communicate with residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and team members.
• Participate in Risk Management and Safety Programs.
