Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Richardson, TX to support the Community Manager with financial administration, leasing coordination, and resident relations. This role supports posting rental collections, deposits, and accounting tasks while ensuring accurate records for the community.

The successful candidate will have a BA/BS in business or related field, solid collections and bookkeeping skills, and at least 1 year in property management.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, sales, or related field.
• Strong collections experience and accounting/bookkeeping skills.
• Onesite/Rent Roll experience preferred.
• 1+ year of property management experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience in leasing or management is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support Leasing Consultants and lease apartments as needed.
• Post rental payments and oversee accounting functions.
• Meet with Community Manager/Regional Manager to review performance.
• Conduct market surveys and suggest pricing changes.
• Maintain resident files and generate reports.
• Handle notices to vacate and delinquency/evictions as needed.
• Respond to resident concerns and coordinate with leadership.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned by the Community Manager.
