CWS Apartment Homes is seeking an Assistant Community Director for our Houston, TX properties. You will support the Community Director, manage rent collections, maintain resident records, and monitor delinquencies while reporting financial data.

You will engage with residents, vendors, and team members daily, ensuring safety and service standards. This role requires a valid driver's license and on-site work with occasional travel to other communities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts receivable and resident records.
• Report and manage delinquencies and financial data for the property.
• Lease the community and market the property to prospects.
• Provide assistance to the Community Director and support risk management programs.
• Communicate with residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and team members.
• Maintain positive resident relations and uphold company policies.
