Dominium is seeking a Community Manager for Magnolia Pointe, a 266-unit apartment community in Durham, NC. You will manage daily operations, maximize occupancy, collections, resident relations, and ensure compliance.

The role requires a 2-year degree (4-year preferred), 3 years of multifamily property management experience, and strong communication skills. You will supervise staff, work with residents, and coordinate with HR and vendors. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in related field and required experience in multifamily property management.
• Three years of multifamily property management experience required; tax credit experience preferred.
• Accounting and administrative background preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to speak in front of groups.

Responsibilities

• Maintains daily operations and may fulfill duties of other positions to ensure property appearance and cleanliness.
• Hires, trains, evaluates, and manages staff in accordance with policy and law.
• Manages resident relations and retention programs; resolves resident issues promptly.
