Job summary

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for The Meridian, a 217-unit apartment community in Decatur, GA. You will support the Community Manager with daily operations, maintain occupancy, and foster positive resident relations.

The role requires 1–2 years of property management experience and flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends; Section 8/Section 42 or market-rate experience is preferred. Dominium offers a comprehensive benefits package and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferred.
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
