Dominium is seeking an on-site Community Manager for a 200-unit apartment community in McKinney, TX. The role oversees daily operations, resident relations, rent collections, and staff supervision to maximize occupancy and compliance.

The ideal candidate has a 2-year degree (4-year preferred), 3+ years of multifamily property management, and strong communication skills. Domestic travel is not required; the position reports to the Property Management team.

Qualifications

• Requires 2-year degree or equivalent; ARM/COS/RAM preferred.
• Three years of multifamily property management experience required; tax credit experience preferred.
• Accounting and administrative background is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English) and ability to speak in front of groups.
• Second language is a plus.
• Must be reliable with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and coach/mentor others.

Responsabilités

• Maintain daily property operations and supervise on-site staff and vendors.
• Set occupancy goals, renewals, and budgets; train employees and conduct performance reviews.
• Resolve resident issues and foster positive resident relations.
• Oversee purchasing, budgeting, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Manage rent collections, move-ins/move-outs, and lease signings; ensure compliance.
