Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Community Manager for our Holiday, FL community. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive occupancy and resident satisfaction, and lead on-site staff, while coordinating with corporate partners to maintain standards and budget adherence.

We require 3+ years of multifamily property management, strong communication skills, and experience with Yardi and MS Office. This role offers growth, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree (4-year degree preferred) or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
• Three years of multifamily property management experience required; tax credit experience preferred.
• Accounting and administrative background preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; Yardi experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages property(ies) for stakeholders and maximizes occupancy, collections, appearance, resident retention, and compliance.
• Hires, trains, evaluates, and manages staff; maintains employee records and performance management.
• Establishes good resident relations and resolves issues promptly; oversees budget adherence and purchasing procedures.
• Oversees maintenance requests, inspections, and unit turnover to ensure curb appeal and cleanliness.
• Reviews leases, moves in/out, and coordinates with HR and corporate marketing as needed.
• Ensures compliance with applicable housing programs and local/state laws.
