Zidan Management Group, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Pickwick Farms Apartments in Indianapolis, IN. This full-time role focuses on leasing, client interactions, and property management in-person at the community.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of leasing experience, strong YARDI skills, and a professional presentation. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required; a valid driver's license is required, and daily in-person work is expected.

• 1 year of property leasing experience is required.
• YARDI software experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Work location: in person.

Responsabilités

• Present properties to clients in a persuasive manner.
• Assist landlords in finding tenants.
• Advertise unoccupied properties through media and marketing.
• Assess client needs and finances for presentations.
• Provide accurate property information and features.
• Verify applications and references.
• Negotiate lease terms and complete agreements.
• Stay informed about market status of properties.
• Conduct periodic property inspections and ensure maintenance.
