Job summary

Indiana Apartment Association, Inc. seeks an experienced On-Site Property Manager to lead a large Indianapolis community. You will drive occupancy, renewals, and resident satisfaction while supervising the leasing team and coordinating with the maintenance coordinator.

This role emphasizes strong leadership in a complex, high-volume environment. You will implement marketing plans, conduct open houses, and manage notices, renewals, and turns in alignment with company policy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Experience at communities of 600+ units strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing and landlord-tenant regulations.
• Excellent organization, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
