Job summary

Friedman Real Estate is seeking an energetic Assistant Community Manager for its Oklahoma City apartment community. You will handle day-to-day operations, show apartments, process applications, and assist with rent collections while maintaining strong resident relations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in multi-family property management, experience with Yardi/CRM, a valid driver's license, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Basic to intermediate MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Multi-Family Property Management.
• Experience with Yardi and CRM is highly preferred.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automotive insurance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications at least basic, intermediate level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize paperwork.
• Maintain positive relations with residents and prospects.
• Special projects as assigned by the Community Manager.
• Show apartments, process applications and other leasing activities.
• Assist with rent collections, accounts payable and accounts receivables.
