Job summary

Zekelman Industries is seeking a Community Maintenance Supervisor for Marble Falls, TX. This onsite role focuses on safety, efficiency, and a welcoming facility environment, supervising maintenance staff and coordinating with vendors to keep communal spaces in top condition.

You will review work orders, plan preventive maintenance, and manage budgets while ensuring regulatory compliance and resident satisfaction. A hands-on leader with 3–5 years of experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance management with supervisory responsibilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in facilities management or related field preferred.
• Strong budgeting and preventive maintenance planning skills; knowledge of safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review job orders to determine work priorities and allocate resources.
• Schedule and oversee repair and maintenance of equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance safety and efficiency.
• Monitor quality control and maintenance reports to guide decision-making.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors for maintenance services and budget monitoring.
