Paradise Shadows Mobile Home Park in North Phoenix seeks an On-Site Manager to oversee a 200-space, 55+ community. You’ll handle office operations, leasing assistance, resident relations, and daily property management tasks, including rent collection and maintenance coordination.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to multitask in a senior living setting. On-site housing allowance and utilities are provided, with opportunities for long-term growth.

Competenze

• Self-motivated, organized, dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Rent Manager experience a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
• Willing to work evenings/weekends as needed for phones/showings.

Mansioni

• Manage office operations and administrative systems.
• Serve as main contact for residents and prospective residents.
• Assist with leasing and onboarding of new residents.
• Enforce rules and 55+ housing compliance.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on completion.
• Inspect community grounds and common areas.
• Assist with rent collection and record keeping.
• Communicate with ownership/management about needs.
