Investment Property Group in Auburn, WA is seeking a Community Manager to oversee Rio Verde Mobile Estates, a senior community (ages 55+) with on-site housing. You will manage day-to-day operations, staff, budgets, and compliance for the manufactured housing community in a hands-on leadership role.

The role requires coordinating resident relations, leasing, and vendor management while ensuring regulatory adherence and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a manufactured housing or multifamily community of 100+ units.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle conflict resolution and deliver high customer service.

Responsabilités

• Represent Investment Property Group in a positive and professional manner.
• Oversee operations and support staff to meet financial performance and compliance.
• Enforce lease agreements, community rules, and regulations.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members; build relationships with residents, vendors and stakeholders.
• Oversee move-in applications and on-site staff management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and preparation of reports.
• Oversee rent collection and deposits; review delinquent accounts and accounting reports.
• Conduct interviews, hires, training, evaluations, and discipline.
• Respond to resident concerns and grievances; liaison with community agencies and law enforcement.
• Manage property legal work-up.
