Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. is seeking a Community Life Services Coordinator to support residents at Lyman Terrace in Holyoke. This on-site role partners with property management and local service providers to connect residents with resources and opportunities, while guiding annual plans and programs.

You will work with the Food Bank of Western MA to sustain the site’s food pantry and use data tools like CL Connect and Power BI to document outcomes, report on progress, and inform practice.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining partnerships with social service providers.
• Experience managing site staff and partners to achieve goals.
• Experience using data and evaluations to inform practice and program design.
• Experience engaging residents from diverse backgrounds on housing stabilization and goal setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field with 5+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with residents to connect them with local resources and opportunities.
• Develop annual workplans and partnerships aligning with site objectives.
• Collaborate with property management to implement programs and sustain partnerships.
• Coordinate the Community Life Questionnaire and annual Community Success Plan.
• Support housing stabilization efforts and coordinate with food pantry partners.
• Use CL Connect and Power BI to document services and outcomes.
