The Community Life Services Coordinator supports residents at Lyman Terrace in Holyoke, coordinating services, building partnerships, and delivering programs on site five days a week to help residents achieve goals and stabilize housing. Reporting to the CL Director for New England, you will collaborate with property management and local partners, oversee outreach, and use data

Qualifications

• Experience building partnerships with social service providers.
• Experience managing site staff and partners.
• Experience using data and evaluations to inform practice.
• Experience engaging residents from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field with 5+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with residents to connect them with local resources and opportunities.
• Develop partnerships with local service providers to bring programs to the property.
• Collaborate with property management to create annual workplans and objectives.
• Conduct the Community Life Questionnaire.
• Develop and implement an annual Community Success Plan.
• Conduct new resident orientations and ongoing outreach.
• Maintain monthly newsletters, flyers, calls, and door knocking.
• Utilize CL Connect and Power BI to document services and outcomes.
• Support housing stabilization efforts and lease compliance issues.
• Participate in ongoing professional development (min 12 hours/year).
• Recruit and lead volunteers and interns; attend supervision meetings.
