Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, public health or community development.
• 2+ years of professional experience with families and disabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate support services for residents.
• Build relationships with residents to understand their aspirations.
• Conduct orientations for new residents.
