Job summary

Yugo USA is seeking a Community Assistant to help create a vibrant living environment for students in a campus housing setting. This on-site, part-time role involves assisting with leasing, resident support, and community engagement, while delivering excellent customer service.

You will work with residents, coordinate events, and support administrative tasks, alongside staff and Resident Directors, with opportunities for growth and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests.
• Assist residents with inquiries and requests; guide to campus resources.
• Support leasing and marketing activities, including tours and inquiries.
• Develop and run community engagement activities and events.
• Maintain resident records and support move-ins/outs.
• Promote safety and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Collaborate with staff and participate in staff meetings.
• Participate in the turn process.
• Other duties as assigned.
