Job summary

Yugo USA in State College, PA is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to lead the property's leasing operations, train staff, and drive high occupancy. You will welcome new tenants, oversee tours, process applications, and coordinate move-ins, ensuring a welcoming resident experience.

You will manage leasing activities, monitor occupancy, collaborate with maintenance, and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of one year of experience in residential properties or rental operations.
• Experience working at a property or university setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities required.
• Carbon Literacy Certification or willingness to undertake training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, resident retention, and lease renewal activities to meet occupancy goals.
• Conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, and qualify applicants.
• Process applications, leases, move-ins and renewals accurately and timely.
• Coordinate move-in orientations and maintain leasing records and reports.
• Lead marketing initiatives to increase visibility and leasing performance.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
