• Leasing & Marketing: Involves outreach, tours, digital inquiries, and calls.
• Community Engagement: Develop events and programs to foster resident involvement.
• Administrative Duties: Manage inquiries, maintain records, support move-ins/outs.
• Safety and Security: Enforce policies and report issues.
• Team Collaboration: Work with staff and attend meetings.
• Participating in the 'turn' process.
