Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee the complete operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and admin tasks to ensure policy compliance, safety, and resident satisfaction.

Lead the team to achieve NOI targets, develop budgets, monitor deposits and rent, and implement marketing strategies. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and customer service skills in a fast-growing real estate environment.

Qualifications

• On-site leadership and staff supervision experience.
• Strong understanding of leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the housing community.
