Job summary

WeWork Inc. is seeking a Community Lead for the Fort Worth market to act as the heart of the building’s community. You will drive hospitality excellence, manage on-site operations, and partner with Leasing to secure membership from diverse clients, including Enterprise.

The role emphasizes data-informed decision making, exceptional communication, and accountable leadership in a fast-paced environment. You will engage with members daily, deliver curated events, and ensure operational standards

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
A proactive problem-solver with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Deliver elevated hospitality by anticipating member and guest needs and ensuring a positive experience throughout the member journey.
Own on-site operations: resolve requests, manage move-ins/outs, and coordinate maintenance with stakeholders.
Partner with Leasing to tour prospective members and drive occupancy and revenue growth.
Support safety, security, and cost control to deliver a premium member experience.
