Job summary

WeWork is seeking a Community Lead to drive hospitality, member engagement, and operational excellence in our Arlington area buildings. You will own the member experience, oversee daily operations, and partner with the Leasing team to showcase spaces and grow occupancy.

You’ll work with data to inform decisions, manage multiple priorities, and engage with enterprise clients and diverse stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of hospitality, multi-unit retail or related experience.
• Proactive problem-solver with entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience using data to inform decision-making (e.g., CRM, Qualtrics).

Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated hospitality and member experience across the member journey.
• Lead on-site operations, safety, and standards to ensure daily excellence.
• Partner with Leasing to show spaces and drive occupancy and revenue.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to support member retention and growth.
