Job summary

WeWork in Arlington, VA is seeking a Community Lead to spearhead hospitality, member engagement and on-site operations, five days a week in our buildings. You will partner with Leasing to lead tours, drive occupancy and revenue growth, and use data to improve member satisfaction across diverse stakeholders.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years in hospitality or multi-unit retail, and a proactive, data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in hospitality, multi-unit retail, or related field.
• Proactive problem-solver with entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience using data (e.g., Qualtrics, CRM tools like Salesforce) to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated hospitality and ensure positive member experiences across the journey.
• Own on-site operations and uphold global standards of safety and service quality.
• Lead high-impact tours with Leasing to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
• Coordinate community events and support a curated engagement strategy.
