Job summary

WeWork is seeking a Community Lead to own hospitality, member engagement, and building operations in a hands-on, on-site role. You will lead a team to deliver elevated service, engage members, and uphold global standards of excellence.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, stakeholder collaboration, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset to drive satisfaction and retention among diverse tenants, including Enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in hospitality, multi-unit retail or related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience using Qualtrics or Salesforce to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hospitality and member engagement across the building.
• Lead building operations and ensure safety and compliance.
• Partner with Leasing to showcase tours and drive occupancy and revenue growth.
• Use data to inform decisions and improve member satisfaction.
