Qualifications

• Six months to one year of property management or related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily community operations for a safe, well-maintained environment.
• Show apartments, explain terms, process leasing docs.
• Manage rent collections and related accounting tasks.
• Address resident concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Lead and develop the on-site team toward goals.
• Review financial reports and implement cost-control strategies.
• Monitor market conditions and adjust strategy as needed.
• Ensure safety and company procedures compliance.
• Lead regular team meetings and trainings.
