Job summary

Allied Residential, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the overall management, operations, and success of an assigned community in the Puget Sound area. You will focus on maximizing occupancy, ensuring resident satisfaction, and leading the on-site team.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting know-how, and the ability to maintain compliance with company policies and applicable laws. Monday–Friday schedule offered with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of property management or related experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily community operations and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
• Show apartments, explain lease terms, and process leasing documents.
• Manage rent collections and related accounting tasks.
• Address and resolve resident concerns promptly and professionally.
• Lead, mentor, and develop on-site team.
• Review financial and operational reports to drive cost control and revenue.
