Qualifikationen

• Six months to one year of property management or related experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and hold others accountable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365) and property management software (Yardi preferred).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle complex situations effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in decision-making.
• Knowledge of financial reports, budgeting, and property operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Customer service-oriented with a commitment to resident satisfaction.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily community operations and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
• Show apartments, explain leases, amenities, and complete leasing docs.
• Manage rent collections, deposits, and related accounting per policy.
• Address resident concerns promptly to sustain high satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections of apartments, amenities, and common areas.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the on-site team to meet standards.
• Review financial and operational reports; implement cost controls and revenue actions.
• Monitor local market conditions and recommend performance improvements.
• Ensure safety, security, and company procedures compliance.
• Participate in and lead regular trainings and team meetings.
