Elmington Living's Hillside Flats in Nashville seeks an Assistant Community Director to lead on-site operations, leasing, and resident relations. You will support budget management, compliance, leasing activities, and day-to-day community leadership.

Formación

• 1+ years of property management or administrative experience, affordable housing preferred
• Working knowledge of LIHTC and/or HUD/Section 8 certification processes preferred
• Experience with RealPage/OneSite, Yardi, Fortress, or similar property management software preferred
• Fair Housing certification required within 7 days of employment

Responsabilidades

• Support management of the property's operating budget
• Assist in maintaining physical occupancy at or above budgeted levels through proactive leasing and retention support
• Support the delinquency (DQ) process, including proactive rent collection efforts and notes updated weekly
• Assist the Community Director with the eviction process when necessary, including follow-up with the local attorney
• Support execution of the property's action plan, tracking follow-through on initiatives
• Assist with completing final account statements for move-outs
• Serve as a point of contact for resident inquiries and service requests
• Support weekly on-site vacant apartment home walks and maintain preventative maintenance schedule
