Job summary

CWS Apartment Homes in Richardson, TX seeks an Assistant Community Director to support resident communications, manage rent collections, and maintain rental records. You will work closely with the Community Director to ensure smooth daily operations and responsive service for residents.

The role shares responsibility for leasing, market positioning, and reporting financial data, requiring strong organization, a professional approach, and reliable attendance for weekends or emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• 1–2 years on-site management operations knowledge preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance required.
• Able to work weekends and emergencies as required.
• Able to travel within major metropolitan areas.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts receivable for the community.
• Maintain resident records and management system.
• Provide assistance to the Community Director.
• Maintain positive resident relations.
• Lease the community.
• Market the community.
• Communicate with residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and team members.
• Participate in Risk Management and Safety Programs.
