You will oversee the operations budget, leasing, marketing, resident relations, make-ready, service requests, AR/AP, payroll, and safety programs, collaborating with residents, investors, vendors, and the CWS team to ensure

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of on-site management operations knowledge required.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance required.
• Willingness to travel within major metros and attend functions in other cities.
