Job summary

CWS Apartment Homes is seeking an Assistant Community Director to support our mission through effective communications with residents, manage rent collections, and maintain resident records. You will report on the property’s financial data and help keep operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED, 1–2 years of on-site management knowledge, and proficiency with Yardi and MS Office.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of on-site management operations knowledge preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Ability to work varied schedules, including weekends and emergencies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts receivable and resident records.
• Report financial data and delinquencies.
• Support the Community Director and operations.
• Lease and market the community.
• Communicate with residents, investors, vendors, and team members.
• Participate in risk management and safety programs.

Skills

Yardi software experience

2 years on-site management knowledge
