CWS Apartment Homes in Midland, TX is seeking an Assistant Community Director to support the Community Director by ensuring smooth rent collections, accurate resident records, and effective communication with residents and vendors. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, familiarity with Yardi, and 1–2 years of on-site management experience.

The position also calls for a valid driver’s license and flexibility to work weekends and travel within the area, and the ability to maintain

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of on-site management operations knowledge preferred.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance required.
• Able to work weekends and emergencies as needed.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accounts receivable and resident records.
• Provide assistance to the Community Director.
• Maintain positive resident relations and lease the community.
• Market the community and communicate with residents, investors, vendors, and team members.
• Participate in risk management and safety programs.
• Travel as needed to attend company functions or visit properties.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain professional conduct.
