Job summary

CWS Apartment Homes is seeking an Assistant Community Director to support our mission through effective communications with residents. The role includes rent collections, maintaining resident records, handling delinquencies, and reporting the property’s financial data.

You will maintain accounts receivable, assist the Community Director, and nurture positive resident relations while leasing and marketing the community.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Yardi experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of on-site management operations knowledge preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance required.
• Able to work set and variable schedules, including weekends and emergencies.
• Able to adhere to company policies, procedures, and practices.
• Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Able to perform work at locations other than the home property.
• Able to travel within major metropolitan areas.

Responsibilities

• Support rent collections and maintain resident records.
• Manage delinquencies and report financial data for the property.
• Provide assistance to the Community Director.
• Maintain positive resident relations and lease the community.
• Market the community and communicate with residents, investors, vendors, leadership and the CWS team.
• Participate in CWS Risk Management and Safety Programs.
