Job summary

CWS Apartment Homes in Arlington, TX is seeking an Assistant Community Director to support our leasing and financial operations. You will manage rent collections, maintain resident records, and assist the Community Director while delivering excellent customer service.

The role involves leasing, marketing the community, coordinating with residents, investors, vendors, and team members, and contributing to safety programs. Yardi experience and on-site management knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of on-site management operations knowledge preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts receivable.
• Maintain resident records, reporting, and management system.
• Provide assistance to the Community Director.
• Lease the community.
• Market the community.
• Communicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team members.
• Participate in the CWS Risk Management and Safety Programs.
