Job summary

Greystar seeks an on-site Assistant Community Manager to manage daily financial operations, rent collection, and reporting. You will use Yardi/OneSite/Entrata to record transactions, reconcile ledgers, and support the community’s financial health.

As part of the team, you’ll assist in leasing, owner communications, and enforcing lease terms to maximize revenue. A CA‑based role includes housing discounts and robust benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 1–3 years in residence life or property management.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and self‑motivated.
• Proficient with property management software and basic office tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily financial operations: posting rent, deposits, and reconciliations.
• Operate Yardi/OneSite/Entrata to record financial activity and reports.
• Assist in owner relations, leasing support, and ensuring lease compliance.
