Job summary

Greystar in Denver seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager by handling daily financial operations, rent collection, accounts payable, and reporting using Yardi/OneSite. This role focuses on accurate bookkeeping and close‑out activities to keep the community financially healthy.

You will coordinate with maintenance, leasing, and owner relations, ensure compliance, and assist in resident relations to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business-related field.
• 1-3 years in residence life or property management or related finance tasks.
• Understanding of lease terms and collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily financial operations, rent collection, and bank deposits.
• Prepare monthly close-out and financial reports and process invoices.
• Operate property management software (Yardi/OneSite/Entrata).
• Review resident accounts, enforce lease terms, and collect delinquent balances.
• Assist in on-site supervision and coordination with maintenance and leasing teams.
