Irvine Company Apartment Communities is seeking a proactive Community Manager to lead all aspects of property operations in Irvine, CA. Our Community Managers are responsible for leading all phases of operation of the community, including, but not limited to, leadership and development of onsite team, financial performance, resident relations, and community preservation and aesthetics.
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $83,200 - $106,700
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
