You will oversee budgeting, vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance while partnering with regional leadership to align with portfolio objectives and culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of property management experience.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, ResMan).

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site team; manage leasing, maintenance, and resident relations to meet goals.
