Job summary

REEP Residential seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations, leasing, and financial administration for a residential community. This hourly role assists with rent collections, lease processing, and compliance documentation.

The position collaborates with the Community Director to maintain resident satisfaction, oversee filing accuracy, and ensure smooth daily workflow across property operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of multifamily property management experience preferred.
• Experience with leasing, rent collections, and compliance recommended.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Director with daily operations and administrative tasks.
• Post rental payments and monitor delinquency; issue late notices.
• Process leases, renewals, addendums and documentation; keep files compliant.
• Coordinate tours, applications, move-ins, renewals; respond to residents.
