Job summary

IWG, owner of the Regus brand, is seeking a Community Associate for an on-site role at the Quincy center. You will work with customers across industries creating and maintaining a thriving local community and handling admin and support tasks so clients can focus on their business.

A typical day includes greeting customers, assisting with Wi-Fi, directions, printing, invoicing, and coordinating service requests. You’ll plan networking events and contribute to a welcoming, well‑run center.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience ideal
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering great service
• Good communicator with empathy and relationship-building
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers; manage day-to-day center operations
• Help customers with Wi-Fi, directions, and meeting room setup
• Process invoices and handle printing tasks; respond to requests
• Open service tickets and coordinate with the City Manager on center needs
• Plan and promote local networking events within the center
