Regus Management Group, LLC is seeking a Community Associate for an on-site role in Marietta, GA. You will help build and maintain a vibrant center community, assist customers with inquiries, and ensure smooth daily operations from opening to close.

You will coordinate room setups, AV needs, and printing, while handling invoices and service requests. The role emphasizes strong customer service, multitasking, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Positive, proactive attitude and adaptability to fast-changing situations

Responsabilités

• Assist customers and manage day-to-day needs in the center
• Coordinate room setup, printing, and AV equipment
• Process inquiries, invoices, and service requests for customers
• Plan and support events and networking activities in the center
• Maintain center cleanliness, organization, and signage
• Communicate with customers and follow up on outstanding items
