You’ll arrive before opening, greet members, assist with wifi codes, mail, meeting room setup, invoicing, and events; the role emphasizes excellent service, multitasking, and a positive, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable
• Proficient in MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in country and 18+

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and services to enable business operations.
• Help manage center operations, including room setup and invoicing.
• Coordinate events and networking activities within the center.
• Greet visitors, assist with directions, and support day-to-day tasks.
• Ensure services are charged accurately and tickets are updated.
