Job summary

Sentry Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Community Association Manager for Kissimmee, FL.

The role oversees the supervisory duties for associations, coordinating with Boards, vendors, and the Home Office to deliver exemplary service while meeting company goals. Requirements include a valid FL CAM license with at least 2 years of community management experience, professionalism, organizational ability, and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid FL CAM License with a minimum of 2 years experience.
• Experience in Community Management is required.
• Professional, organized, and self-motivated.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Sustain maximum client satisfaction by meeting the needs of each assigned Board and Community.
• Attend, prepare for, and participate in annual and general meetings.
• Manage vendor proposals and contracts, risk management, insurance, maintenance, and architectural requests and approvals.
• Coordinate employees such as janitorial, maintenance, administrative, and others.
• Collect all invoices and code for payment, and follow up on monthly assessments due.
• Serve as liaison between association boards and legal counsel.
• Prepare manager reports and financial summaries for the boards.
• Manage the onboarding and exit of associations.
