IWG plc is hiring a Community Associate for our Coconut Creek center, Florida. You will support customers daily, manage the community space, and handle center operations to ensure a smooth experience for members and visitors.

You’ll assist with inquiries, coordinate events, prepare posters, and help with setup and invoicing in a fast-paced, friendly environment. This full-time, on-site role emphasizes customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• A good communicator with ability to build professional relationships and empathize with people’s needs (Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)
• Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them
• Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situations
• Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the Country you are applying within and at least 18 years old

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple tasks while providing customers with the best possible service
• Assist customers with inquiries and setup in the center
• Coordinate center events and communications
• Ensure services are charged correctly and invoices are accurate
