Job summary

IWG plc is seeking a Part-Time Community Associate in East Lansing, MI to greet visitors, manage center operations, and support members with admin tasks.

You'll coordinate daily center activities, handle inquiries, and help maintain a welcoming environment while ensuring accurate billing and smooth service delivery.

Hours are 8:30 am to 2:30 pm Monday through Friday, with opportunities to engage in local events and network building within the IWG community.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy center.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and maintain a welcoming center environment.
• Handle inquiries, process requests, and manage basic admin tasks.
• Coordinate center activities and support events within the community.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and service billing for the center.
